Deposits

• 25% Deposit required upon booking

• Deposit will be deducted from service price.

• Deposit is non-refundable for no show or if cancelled within 24 hours.

• If cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment time, deposit can be transferred.

Appointment Time

• Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late with no notice, appointment is subject to cancellation upon stylists discretion

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late you will be subject to additional fees. If still being serviced and another client arrives for their scheduled appointment, your stylist will pause servicing you to attend to the client who arrived on time.

• Same day appointments available at stylists discretion. Contact her directly to book.

Hair Rules

• Starting January 2022, to ensure hair install reflects stylist’s portfolio, ALL appointments involving bundles MUST EITHER BE purchased from The Glam God Collection OR be of high quality (with the exclusion of Quick Weaves & Bob Styles)

• Please consult with stylist before appointment to ensure the quality of hair is up to par.

• All color services and customizations for extensions must be done ahead of your appointment which will need to be scheduled for drop off prior to service at least 3 days prior.

• If hair is purchased from The Glam God Collection it must be paid in full before any customizations will be done.

General Rules

• Please come to your appointment alone, no extra guests.
